What happens next

  1. We review your enquiry — a member of the commercial team reads it and checks the project stage, scope and any tender or programme date.
  2. We reply by email or phone — to confirm the next step and, where you have drawings, schedules or a specification, to ask you to send them to us directly by email. There is no file upload on this website.
  3. We review the documents — and raise any clarifications on scope, dimensions or specification.
  4. Quotation or survey — we prepare a quotation with assumptions and exclusions stated, or arrange a commercial survey where a site visit is the better starting point, particularly for replacement work in existing buildings.

What to have ready

  • Project name and site location or postcode
  • Your role — client, developer, contractor, architect, quantity surveyor or facilities manager
  • Project stage — design, tender, awarded, on site or existing building
  • Drawings, elevations and window schedules, if available
  • The specification, bill of quantities or finishes schedule
  • Tender return date and installation programme
  • Approximate number of windows, rooms or units
  • Performance needs — glare, solar control, blackout, fire-performance of fabrics
  • Whether motorisation or controls integration is required
  • Access arrangements and any site rules
