Send us your drawings for a quotation
Whether you are pricing a tender, budgeting a development or replacing blinds across an existing building, the quickest route to an accurate quotation is to send us the project information you already have. Start with the commercial enquiry form. Once we have your details, we reply by email so you can send drawings, schedules and specifications to us directly.
There is no file upload on this website. Please complete the enquiry form first; we will then reply by email with how to send your documents.
What to send
- Drawings — floor plans and elevations, ideally with window references.
- Window schedules — sizes, types and quantities if available.
- Specification — product, fabric, performance, fire or safety requirements.
- Bill of quantities or finishes schedule — if the package is itemised.
- Programme — tender return date, start on site and phasing.
- Site information — access, working hours and any constraints.
- Controls information — if motorisation or building controls are involved.
- Photographs — useful for replacement work in existing buildings.
It helps to tell us the project name, site location, your role (client, developer, contractor, architect or quantity surveyor), the tender reference if there is one, the project stage and an approximate number of windows or units.
How our estimating works
- Review — we read the documents and confirm what is in scope.
- Clarifications — we raise questions on missing dimensions, conflicting drawings or unclear specifications.
- Take-off — we schedule each window by drawing, reference, room, size, product, fabric, control and fixing.
- Pricing — we price supply, installation, access and any controls.
- Internal review — the estimate is checked before it is issued.
- Quotation — issued with assumptions, exclusions and clarifications stated clearly.
- Revisions — if drawings or scope change, we revise and reference the revision.
We keep track of drawing revisions so it is always clear which issue a price is based on. Superseded drawings are marked, not silently replaced.
What our quotation includes
- A schedule of products by area or window reference
- Product, fabric and control descriptions
- Installation and access allowances
- Stated assumptions, such as fixing substrate or power provision
- Exclusions, such as builder's work or electrical supplies
- Any clarifications that need confirming before order
If you ask for a specific timescale for the return, tell us the tender date when you enquire and we will confirm whether we can meet it.
Products we commonly price
Most packages include roller blinds in screen, dim-out or blackout fabrics, vertical blinds, Venetian blinds, motorised systems and curtains and tracks. FR fabric options are available on selected contract ranges, and certificates are supplied for the specified fabric.
After award
Once an order is placed, we survey to confirm final sizes, prepare any submittals, agree the installation programme and then install, snag and hand over. Where you need a site visit before pricing, you can also request a commercial survey through the same form.
