Why visit?

Slat widths, louvre sizes, fabric textures and colours often look different at full size than they do in a small swatch or on a screen. A showroom visit is useful when you want to:

• understand how different products operate
• compare materials and finishes side by side
• look at louvre sizes and shutter layouts
• feel curtain and Roman blind fabrics
• compare privacy and light-control options
• see the difference between manual and motorised operation
• narrow your shortlist before a home survey

Do I still need a home survey?

For a made-to-measure order, usually yes. The showroom helps you compare and shortlist. The home survey lets us inspect the actual window, check clearances, handles and fixing conditions, take accurate measurements and confirm the specification before anything is made. It also lets you see samples against your own walls, flooring and daylight.

If you are coming to see a particular product, finish or specialist system, please call 01223 756519 first to check that it is on display.

Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am–4:00pm, Friday 8:30am–1:00pm, Saturday and Sunday closed.

Do I need an appointment?

Please call before you travel so we can make sure the right person and products are available.

Can I bring measurements or photos?

Yes. Approximate measurements and photos of your windows are helpful for an initial conversation. They do not replace a professional survey where we are supplying a measured-and-fitted product.

Can I arrange a home survey while I am there?

Yes. If you have found the direction you want, we can arrange a survey so the windows can be checked and measured.

Can I see shutters and curtains as well as blinds?

The showroom covers blinds, shutters and curtain fabrics. Exactly which ranges, colours and systems are on display can change, which is why we suggest calling first if you have something specific in mind. You can also browse blinds, shutters and curtains online before you visit.
